0.75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
125.0 Grams Maple Syrup
2.0 tbsp Honey
1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
50.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
50.0 Grams Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
4.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.5 cup, slivered Almonds
50.0 Grams Coconut, toasted
1.0 Grams Apricots, dried
Directions
Mix all ingredients except coconut and dried fruit.
Toast in the oven for 15 mins.
Add the coconut and dried fruit.
Toast for a further 10 mins.
Leave to cool completely.
