Introduction

This spread is easy to make, easy to modify to taste, and includes the brands sold at HEB under the HEB name and the Hill Country Fare name. The olive oil significantly improves the spread-ability, the mouth feel and the flavor accessibility, so do not skimp on it. Ingredients

512 gram(s) 18oz jar HCF Creamy Peanut butter
4 tbsp Olive Oil HEB Org Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1 tbsp Tumeric
    1 tbsp Ground ginger

Tips

I store as much as I can fit back into the 18 oz jar in the pantry, and then put the leftover on sandwiches for lunches. They can be made well ahead of need and keep well. It may also require a bit of second day stirring because you will be able to see how well you mixed in the tumeric,
The spread does NOT require fridge storage and keeps fine without it. The flavor will also improve over a day or two as more spices infuses into the available oil. The olive oil significantly improves the spread-ability, the mouth feel and the spice and peanut flavor accessibility, so DO NOT skimp on it.
One tablespoon is PLENTY to spread a single slice of bread so I have listed 1 tablespoon as 1 serving and NOT the usual 2 for peanut butter.
Please DO NOT Skimp on the olive oil. The spices do not infuse into plain peanut butter nearly as well as they do into this mix.

Directions

This requires no cooking, only mixing. I use a table knife to stir it up
