    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    5.0 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)

Directions

Roast peppers...peel skin half and set aside Cook onion and celery Chop Garlic add tomatoes diced and tomato sauce garlic and simmer Mix meat and egg cook and drain Cook Rice Mix together and stuff pepper halves Cover with cheese Bake at 350 degrees
