Ingredients

    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    0.50 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Salt
    3 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    1.50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    3 serving Stevia in the Raw
    1 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices
    .5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Chop bacon and cook until crisp and drain.
Spray baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together except for 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Pour into baking dish.
Top with reserved 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven.
Let stand for 20 minutes to allow the casserole to firm up.
Serve warm.
