Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    2.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    80.0 oz Bruces Yams

Directions

Drain yams, reserving 1/2 cup of juice. Peel and cube apples Mix yams, apples and cranberries together. Pour into baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. In bowl, whisk yam juice, cornstarch and spices together. Pour over potato mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve Serving Size: Fourteen 2/3 cup servings
