Ingredients

    -1 Rotisserie Chicken with meat pulled off
    -1 can Bush's Light Red Kidney Beans
    -1 can (1lb, 12oz) Hunts Diced Tomatoes
    -14oz Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    -10oz can Old El Paso Green Chiles, Chopped
    -1/2 cup Green Onions
    -1 Can (15oz) Enchilada Sauce

Directions

Combine all ingrediants into a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Continue simmering for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. This soup also freezes well, just make sure it is cool before putting in the freezer.
