Introduction

High Protein and low fat salad, great on a whole wheat pita. High Protein and low fat salad, great on a whole wheat pita.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Shrimp, cooked
    1 Tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
    Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Celery, chopped

Directions

Cook and devien shrimp, I use the precooked mini shrimp. Mix all ingredients together, chill. Add to lettuce or on a sandwich.

*For lower sodium, Old Bay makes a low sodium version. It would cut the sodium in half.
