    Whole grain wrap
    3 to 4 egg whites
    Fresh salsa
    1/2 avacado
    green onions
    chicken (optional)

Directions

Spray pan with no stick spray. Scramble egg whites with the green onions and chicken. Warm whole grain wrap. Add eggs, avovado and salsa. Wrap and enjoy.
