Old Fashioned Oats, 0.75 cup
Brummel & Brown, Original Spread, 3/8 cup
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
Flour, white, .25 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb and strawberries and granulated sugar today, coating the fruit. Pour into ungreased 9x9 square dish. In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut spread into dry mixture. Spoon on top of fruit mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
I'm sure you can easily use half of the granulated sugar and brown sugar to cut calories and still retain the taste, but this is the first time I've cooked with rhubarb so I didn't want to deviate from my recipe too much!
