Ingredients

    1 large Onions, raw
    16 oz Green Chiles (Whole)
    3.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    .5 cup Flour, white

Tips

Chiles can get pretty hot, so taste test appropriately.


Directions

Grill whole green chiles until skins turn black, then place in ziplock for 15 minutes. Remove skins, seeds and ribs and rinse - then dice chiles.

Saute onions w/ little bit of olive oil, then brown turkey. Add diced green chiles, tomotoes and 8 cups of water. Let simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring every 15 mins. After 1.5 hrs, add flour/water to thicken.
