Ingredients

    2 Quaker Caramel Corn Rice Cakes
    1 med Banana, Sliced
    1/4 cup of fat-free Whipped Topping
    1 tbsp of fat- free or reg. caramel sauce
    4 dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions

Spread whipped topping over rice cakes. Place banana slices on top and drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
