Ingredients

1 tbsp Coconut Oil
24 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
1.25 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
4 tbsp Soya Sauce VH Low Sodium
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 green onions, diced
Directions
Recipe Directions for Egg Roll in a Bowl
Add coconut oil to a large frying pan and ground pork, cook until browned.
Turn heat to medium-high and add chopped onion (not the green onions yet),cook onions until lightly brown.
In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and soy sauce, add to pan, and then immediately add the sliced cabbage and broccoli slaw and red peppers stir to combined.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring often, so that it doesn't burn and so all cabbage slightly wilts and reduces in size.
Turn off heat, add chopped green onions. If needed add salt and black pepper to taste, stir one last time and serve warm. Can be serve with brown rice, rice noodles or something of your choice.
