Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    5.0 dash Pepper, black
    2.0 dash Salt
    2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.5 cup Peas, canned
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    2.0 serving Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles w/Vegetables (Cup of Noodles - Serving Size 1 Container)

Directions

In large saucepan, add chicken breasts, bullions, spices and chopped vegetables except mushroom. Bring to boil and cook while finishing prep work. Turn to medium heat and remove breasts. Shred or use kitchen scissors to cut chicken in smaller pieces and return to the pot. Reduce to simmer. Add ramen and mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve Serving Size: Serve 1 1/2 to 2 cup per person

    Made bit different (left out corn & peas, put in more celery & mushrooms) but gave me good idea to make something simple but filling. - 2/2/17
