Introduction

Low carb dill crackers. Low carb dill crackers.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 T. Dill weed, dried
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 T. Olive Oil
    1 3/4 C. Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
    1 Large egg

Directions

In a large bowl combine flour, dill, and salt. In a small bowl whisk together egg and olive oil. Stir wet ingredients into almond flour mixture until throughly combined. Press dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper about 1/8" thick. Remove top piece of paper and cut dough into 24 squares. Transfer the bottom to a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let crackers cool on baking sheet for 30 minutes then serve

    I liked this - good flavor. My low carb husband wanted a slightly crisper cracker. Your nutrition facts are off, I found out in my makeover -- The almond flour you put in stats has no values listed -you might want to find a different choice for it. - 1/1/17
