Ingredients

    5 serving Potato Organic Yukon Gold 1 serving = 1 potato = 148 g = 5.3 oz) (by JEANKNEE)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    1.5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)

Directions

Cut potato's into wedges ( about 6 each potato)
Lay potatoes out on baking tray
Baste with olive oil.
Mix cheese and seasonings.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 400* for approx 15-20 min or until potatoes are tender
