5 Heirloom Tomatos
4 Peaches,
0.75 cup chopped red onions
15 leaves Basil
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Tips

Directions
Wash Tomatoes and Peaches thoroughly. Cut into wedges that are roughly equal in size, and not so big that you can’t cram a couple into your mouth at the same time.
Thinly slice ⅛ of a Red Onion with a steady hand or your mandolin slicer.
Remove the basil leaves whole from the stems, and bruise them slightly.
Toss everything together in a serving bowl, dress with Oil and Vinegar, and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
