A nutritious drink for those on the run or needing a quick pick-me-up! A nutritious drink for those on the run or needing a quick pick-me-up!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup orange juice
    1 large banana (peeled and sliced)
    1 cup of fresh blueberries
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    300 grams of soft tofu
    4 spinach leaves
    2 tbsp hemp protein
    2 tbsp OilSmart (Omega 3's)
    10 ice cubes
    6 orange slices for garnish

Directions

Makes 6 1 cup servings

Place all the ingredients, except the garnish, in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish and serve.

    Very Good
    I like the low carbs and good protein in this reclipe, but I'll have to search for the hemp protein. I live near Toronto, and it may require a specialty store. If I can get them, this will be my next breakfast!!! - 2/7/11
