Ingredients

    1.25 cup Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1.25 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    14 oz Butterball Everyday Smoked Turkey Sausage
    2 cup Green Beans (snap)
    1.34 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen
    2 lb potatoes
    21 fl oz Water, tap

Directions

Slice potatoes with a mandolin on the thickest setting.
Cover potatoes with 2 inches of water in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium; simmer for 20 minutes.
Slice and brown the burkey sausage.
Combine all ingredients. Season to taste with fresh ground black pepper, garlic and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
