Ingredients

    2/3 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
    0.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    4.0 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne
    1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Creamy Italian (1/2 cup as packaged)
    1 can Publix Reduced Sodium Dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 can Trader Joes Skipjack tuna in water, drained
    1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Directions

Add pasta and frozen vegetables to boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until desired tenderness. Drain and run under cold water While pasta is boiling mix suddenly salad seasoning pack with sour cream, set aside Add seasoning mixture and additional ingredients to pasta and stir together. Serve hot or refrigerate to eat cold. Serving Size: About 1 1/2 cups
