Ingredients

    6 clove Garlic
    1/2 cup Low fat cream cheese or 4 oz. heavy cream
    2 large Tomatoes, Roma
    1/2 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
    2 ounces Newman's Own Low Fat Family Recipe Italian Dressing
    1 Jalapeno Pepper or 1 Thai chili pepper
    2 tbsp Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine
    1 tbsp fresh Basil
    8 oz Shrimp, raw

Tips

Serve over rice


Directions

Puree the garlic, cream cheese (or cream), tomatoes, dressing, wine, basil and peppers. Arrange shrimp in bottom of baking dish, and cover with sauce. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes - the last 5 minutes cover with the Swiss cheese.
