Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.50 tsp Baking Powder
    125 gram(s) Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
    75 gram(s) Sultanas
    1 tbsp Almond Milk Reduced Sugar, (or dairy milk)
    100 grams Pecans

Tips

Line the tin well as there is no fat to prevent the loaf from sticking.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180/160 fan and grease and line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
2. Mash bananas and add wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients and stir well.
4. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool in tin for 19 minutes and turn out.
