Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

4 serving Gold'n plump hot italian chicken sausage
4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Creamy Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    1.5 cup Goya Black Beans
2 cup Onions & Peppers, Sauteed
1.25 cup rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies (by LISABRANDNEW11)
3.6 serving Green Giant Honey Roasted Sweet Corn (3/4 cup)

Directions

Remove chicken sausages from casings and cook with peppers and onions until chicken is browned. Add soup, black beans, tomatoes and corn (cooked in microwave). Add any additional seasonings you prefer....I like cumin, garlic and a splash of lime juice. Allow to simmer until heated through- the longer the better. This works well in a crock pot on low if you want to set it and forget it. If using a crock pot, cook the meat, but you can throw the peppers and onions in uncooked.
