Ingredients

    16.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    16.0 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    7.0 cup spicy red pepper diced tomatoes

Directions

In large pot over medium heat, brown 1 lbs. ground beef (80% lean). Drain fat and set beef aside in paper-towel lined bowl. Add 1 cup chopped Spanish onion to pot and cook until almost translucent. Add meat pack to pot. Stir in 2 cans of Hunts Spicy Red Pepper Tomatoes (drain one can of tomatoes of excess juice before adding) Stir in drained and rinsed 40.5 oz can dark red kidney beans. Turn heat to low and cover. In cup or small bowl combine 2 Tbsp chilli powder, 1 Tbsp flour, 1 tsp salt, a few shakes of cayenne pepper (to taste), and 1 tsp salt. Mix into paste. Add spice paste to chilli and stir well. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with fresh cilantro and/or thinly sliced green onion.
