.25 cup, fluid
.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, yellow, fresh
2 tbsp Basil
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 jumbo Black Olives
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add olive oil to skillet and heat.
Saute peppers in cast iron skillet.
Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper together and add to skillet.
Cook for 5 minutes until the sides start to set up.
Add to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Take out and add cheese and olives.
Set under broiler for 3 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 8 wedges
