Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Salt
    2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    30.0 oz Sams Club Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken
    5.3 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    10.0 serving zatarains wild rice mix
    16.0 oz holmes pork and venison sausage
    96.0 oz rachel ray low sodium chicken stock
    1.0 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Directions

Remove skin and bone from chicken then chop. Slice sausage and brown. Remove from pan. Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms till softened. Add chicken, sausage and stock. Add carrots and wild rice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes until rice is tender. Serving Size: 32 1 cup servings
