Ingredients

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup, diced Celery, raw
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.5 cup wild rice blend
2.5 cup Fat free half and half
8 tsp Chicken Stock Powder (by ILIKEPINK)
2 C smoked turkey (dark meat)
1/2 cup Flour
2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Chop veggies. Melt butter in medium size pot. Add veggies and cook until onions are translucent. Add turkey meat, 8 cups of water, chicken stock powder and rice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. in a bowl, mix flour with part of fat free half and half with a whisk. Add the rest of the half and half and mix. Pour slowly into soup while stirring. Simmer for 10 minutes until soup starts to thicken.
