Ingredients

    9.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    250.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh
    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    150.0 Grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tsp Garlic

Directions

Saute chicken cutlets in s& p & butter then set .aside, saute mushrooms in butter s& p & a hint of garlic & dried parsley, make the tomato sauce with the obions, garlic, s& p & herbs. Put chicken sauce & simmer until chicken cooks & softens, in a pyrex dish layer mushrooms then chicken & tomatoes then cheese, bake until cheese bubbles. Enjoy next to pasta to steamed veggies.
