    Pepper, black, 3.00 tbsp (remove)
    Chorizo, pork and beef, 2.00 link (4" long) (remove)
    Bacon, 5.00 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) (remove)
    Garlic, 1.00 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.00 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.00 cup, chopped (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 2.00 medium (remove)
    White Wine, 2.00 fl oz (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 2.00 cup (remove)
    Brown Rice, medium grain, 2.00 cup (remove)
    Ketchup, Heinz, 1.00 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. use pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes or until soft.

2. on a frying pan fry garlic onion pepper white cooking wine, ketchup, chorizo, and bacon and fry. DO NOT PUT OIL. the wine will be enough for it not to stick once you see the mixture getting a little thick, then pour in the beans and cook for another 20 minutes without the lid.

can be enjoyed as a soup or with rice.
