Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    3 cup bagged coleslaw mix (by ITSNEVER2LATE!)
    1 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

some people seal the edges of their wontons with water or a flour and water mixture. I find if I place the seam down on the baking sheet that I can skip this step and they hold together just fine


Directions

cook meat with ginger and garlic, take off heat then add coleslaw mix.
add a heaping tablespoon or 2 of the mixture to each egg roll wrapper and roll into egg roll shape.
bake at 375 until browned and crispy (15-20 min approx)
I made 17 egg rolls but you could make more or less depending on how big you stuff them
