Ingredients

    800.0 Grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    5.0 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)
    200.0 Grams Granulated Sugar
    5.0 Grams Salt
    5.0 gram(s) Vanilla powder

Directions

Karamelize a springform with 80 g of sugar. Wait to cool down. Mix in a bowl eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and sugar. Pre heat the oven 180°. Pour the mix in the springform and put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. To check if is cooked inside insert a tooth pick in the middle and check is dry when pull it out. Wait to cool down and put in the fridge for about 2 hours. Unmold to a plate and Bon appetite! !!!
