1/2 cup chopped Shallots
4 cloves Garlic minced
8 cups, chopped Cabbage, fresh
1.5 cups, chopped Carrots, raw
8 cups organic low sodium Chicken Broth
2 cups Water, tap
1 cup, diced Celery, raw
1.5 cup, cubes Rutabagas
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper, black
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cook the sausage, garlic, and shallots until softened and the sausage brown.
Add this mixture to a large pot or crockpot.
