    4 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp
    8 serving Campari Tomato - (From Campari Website)
    1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
    4 serving Cheese- Reduced Fat Pepperjack-Sargento
    4 large Poached Egg
    3 1tsp Olive Oil

Directions

slice sweet potatoes length wise 1/4" thick bake @ 400 for 30-45 min cook turkey bacon in oven 400 for 15 min poach eggs - or hardboil -- on broil melt cheese on sweet potatoes top with guacamole, sliced tomatoes & cucumber add turkey bacon top with poached egg s&p for flavor **add arbol sauce from zocalo :)
