    2.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 clove Garlic
    1 dash Salt
    4 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    1 tbsp Sage, ground
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.4 cup 2% milk
    4 oz Lamb, Ground
    4 oz Ground Pork
    2 tsp Paprika
    31 grams Rice flour, brown
    1.5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk


Preheat oven to 375, dice vegetables. Drizzle 1/2 tap olive oil on garlic, season with sea salt, cook 25 minutes in tin foil. Cook sweet potatoes until tender then mix in butter, milk, sage and garlic. Reduce temp to 350. Heat remaining olive oil add ground meat. Cook till brown. Add paprika and flour to coat. Add stock. Bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook five minutes (unless you like crunchy veggies in your pie). Pour into 9 x 11 pan (or large circular Corning ware), top with mashed potatoes then cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until hot. Cheese should be bubbling and melted.
