Introduction

This is a yummy light version of the pumpkin pie we all love. Can be served with light whipped topping or plain Greek yogurt flavored with Splenda (or honey) and cinnamon. Ingredients

    3 serving Kirkland Real Egg 99% pure egg whites 1/4 cup
    .33 cup Granulated Sugar
    .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .25 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 cup Flour, white
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.5 serving Canned Pumpkin ( 15 oz) (by JACKSMOM10)

Directions

Whip egg whites with granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Gently mix in egg white, sugar mixture. Pour into prepared 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350*F for about 55 minutes.
