Ingredients

    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 serving Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large (3 - 3.75 inches) (by GARYO12)
    .06 cup Flour, white
    800 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    0.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    26 oz Shrimp, cooked

Directions

Melt butter, add flour and brown, 3-4 minutes. Add onion, green pepper, and orange pepper. Cook until soft, 5-7 minutes. Add broth, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and seasoning. (Cajun seasoning - 1.5 tsp, paprika - .5 tsp., salt, .5 tsp, and a pinch of cayenne) Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes on low.

Mean while, prepare rice according to package.

Add rice and shrimp to broth and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve hot!
