Introduction

Great as a taco filling, sloppy joe or mix with some beans for a Western chili flair. Great as a taco filling, sloppy joe or mix with some beans for a Western chili flair.

Ingredients

    24.0 oz Venison, ground (1 log)
    0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    0.5 tbsp Chili powder

Directions

Defrost ground meat. Dump into pot on medium to high stove top heat. Mix well until at least half is browned. Add in tomato paste, mustard, lemon juice and chili powder. Mix well and cook until all juices evaporate and meat is brown but not smoking. Let cool and enjoy!
