Introduction

: taste better next day. Results: Soft and Fluffy. Smells good. INGREDIENTS Carbquick or gluten free flour 1 cup Baking soda 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp 1 tb sp Guar gum or Xanthan gum Eggs 3 Cinnamon pd 1 tb.sp Chocolate Isolate Protein Powder 1 and half scoops Olive Oil 1/4 cup Water room temperature 1/4 cup Chocolate Chip NSA approved 3 tsp +1 tsp for Phase one. Double it for phase two. Will make 12 Muffins Recipe Whip egg white for 5 minutes on high. Keep aside. In seperate bowl add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla paste, protein powder, and Cinnamon powder. Mix well until creamy and no lumps. Now add flour, baking powder ,baking soda and Guar gum, mix it well. Make thick batter like cake batter. Now fold egg whites and 3 tsp of chocolate chip. Greased muffin tray with oil and dust with carbquick. Pour one scoop in each muffin circle. Sprinkle with few chocolate chip.
