Introduction

Yummy fruit salad that can help you reach your 5 a day target! Yummy fruit salad that can help you reach your 5 a day target!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 Galia Melon (Med sized)
    1/2 Cantaloupe Melon (med sized)
    1 Large can fruit salad (in Fruit juice) 411g
    1 Cup Grapes
    10 Strawberries
    1 Banana

    ** If you cant find Galia melons use watermelon instead or the full cantaloupe melon

Directions

Serves 4-6 People
(200g Servings)

Prepare melon. Slice in half and remove pips. Cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.

Chop the rest of the fruit into small chunks and add to the bowl.

Drain the canned fruit salad and chop into bite size pieces if needed.

toss and serve
