Introduction

Ingredients

    12 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
    2 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    0.35 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)
    2 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp MCT Oil (Now Sports) 1 serving
    1 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter
    0.63 serving Vital proteins collagen peptides

Tips

I usually heat up about 12 to 16 oz. of water in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes depending on how hot you like your drink. I use my nutri bullet so I mix all the dry ingredients in a larger cup (the hot water will add pressure when mixing, so avoid using the smaller cups). Put hot water in the cup and mix for about 30 seconds to a minute. This will keep you full and satisfied for hours!
