Ingredients

    3 tbsp homemade buttermilk
    45 gram(s) Daisy - Sour Cream (3 tablespoons)
    2 tbsp 365 Organic Mayonnaise (by JFLIKKE)
    3 serving Blue Cheese Crumble (1 oz)

Tips

you can eat this right after making or let sit in the fridge for an hour or so to thicken up and chill


Directions

for the home made buttermilk take 1 cup milk put in bowl and add 4 - 5 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice stir to mix up and let sit 15-20 min at room temp. it will curdle up a bit. stir it up once more then take 3 tablespoons out and put in separate bowl and wrap up the remaining buttermilk and refrigerate then take and add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with 3 tablespoons buttermilk mix together and add cracked pepper to taste enjoy!

if you let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours it will get thick if you like it less thick serve right away
