Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    8.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 serving Honeysuckle White Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage- 1/2 #/2 links
    0.5 cup Onion, small- chopped
    15.5 oz Great Northern Beans- 1 can
    14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes- 1 can
    14.5 oz Chicken Broth- 1 can
    1.0 serving Barilla Macaroni Elbows- 3/4 c/2 oz dry
    1.0 serving(s) Schwans Southwest Corn- 2/3 c/93g

Directions

In lg. saucepan, cook sausage over med. heat till no longer pink. Drain and set aside. In same pan, cook onion in 1 T oil till tender. Add 1 clove garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add V8, broth, tomatoes, & macaroni. Cook 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Reduce heat to low. Add sausage and beans. Heat thru. Top each serving with Spinach and 1t. Parm. Serving Size: 5 1.5 cup servings
