Introduction

Lowfat thin pancakes at around 100 calories each--yummy and guilt-free! Lowfat thin pancakes at around 100 calories each--yummy and guilt-free!
Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    4 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    Salt to taste
    ----------------Mix dry ingredients in 1 bowl-----------
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1-4oz individual serving size container)
    4 large eggs
    4 cups milk
    Water as needed to thin to runny consistency
    ------------Mix liquid ingredients in 2nd bowl-------

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. In a second bowl, beat the egg with a whisk 20-30 seconds. Gradually add the applesauce, whisking constantly. Stir in milk. Pour milk mixture into dry mixture and mix gently with a spatula. Thin batter with water until like a creamy soup. Let batter stand 10-30 minutes. Make pancakes!

Makes approximately 26 pancakes (using a ladlefull of batter for each)
