Introduction

An excellent dessert or snack without eating any useless calories that won't be missed but will taste great, add protein and fiber to keep you full longer. Ingredients

    2 tbsp Jelly, SF strawberry
    1 serving Bread, Life (Natures Own)
    2 tbsp Cool Whip whipped topping

Tips

This is great for any or no reason and if the toppings are shared two pieces of bread can be used for only 40 more calories and call it breakfast or lunch when paired with fruit or veggies.


Directions

Place one slice bread in toaster on low. The idea is to let it toast enough to remain soft but toasted enough to hold the toppings. I usually judge by the crust to make sure I can hold the bread while the inner part stays fairly soft.
Top with 2 Tbsp sugar free strawberry jelly.
Top jelly with 2 tbsp. defrosted whipped topping.
Enjoy every bite for less than 100 calories. I generally don't cut it because the amount of toppings makes it too messy.
