Ingredients

    1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1.0 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
    1.0 large Mushrooms, fresh

    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.25 cup, chopped Pecans

Directions

Clean and slice mushrooms, lettuce and spinach. Wedge 1 med tomato. Place in med bowl. Add chopped pecans and cheese, toss salad to mix add fresh lemon juice from half a lemon or 1 tbsp. Toss to coat salad. Serving Size: 2 dinner salads
