Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 c. half and half cream
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp salt

    Heat above ingredients on low, stir constantly. Once boiling add:

    1/2 c. toasted unsweetened coconut
    1 tsp vanilla

    Pour into baked pie crust. When read to eat, top with:

    1 c. whipped cream
    1/2 c. toasted unsweetened coconut

    1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake

Bake pie crust according to package instructions. Then follow instructions above.
