Ingredients

    2 scoops protein powder
    1 large Banana
    2 large Eggs
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    Splash of vanilla
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions

1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks into two separate bowls. 2. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. 3. Mix rest of ingredients into the egg yolks. Beat until smooth. 4. Very slowly, mix a little bit of the egg whites at a time into the egg yolk mixture until all combined. 5. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet. Cook about 1-2 minutes, flip, cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Serving Size: 1 pancake
