Ingredients

    8 tbsp Butter, salted
    3.50 Cream Cheese
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    36 tsp Nature's Sweet Life Xylitol (by TEXASDIVA)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl beat on high the butter with the sugar substitute until light and fluffy and well incorporated. Next add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time making sure to mix well after each addition. Last, add all the dry ingredients until well combined.

In a well-greased cake , muffin, or loaf pan bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
