Ingredients

    1.0 cup Milk, 3.25%
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar ( 2 Tablespoons)
    1.0 cup Flour, white. (self rising)

Directions

1. Heat skillet* on medium heat until.water sizzles across it. 2. Mix flour* and sugar together. Add vanilla. Add milk starting with 1/2 a cup and gradually add more until you've got a spoon able batter. I like mine a little on the thin side so I can spread them out. 3. Add a little oil or butter to your skillet. Once melted add 3 tablespoons to pan smoothing out the mix just a little so it cooks evenly. 4 cook til golden, flip, cook other side. 5. Store in 170*F oven to keep warm Serves 2 ( 2 pancakes a piece) or 4( 1 pancake per person. ** I use a small iron skillet. ** Calories are for plain all purpose flour. I use self rising so please be sure to adjust for the addition of baking soda and salt! Serving Size: 4 3 tablespoon spoon size pancakes
