Ingredients

1 oz walnut oil
2 oz canola oil
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
⅓ cup sugar
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp butter extract
Pinch salt
Pinch nutmeg
½ cup flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp custard powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat together the oils, sugars, mayonnaise, extracts, salt and nutmeg.
Add flours, custard powder and baking soda, mixing well.
Fold in the chocolate and walnuts.
Scoop 2-tbsp balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet about 2” apart.
Bake 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden.
Cool on the sheets.
