Introduction

Just an improvised coconut mocha. Just an improvised coconut mocha.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 shots espresso
    8 oz hot water
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 packet Simply Cocoa dark chocolate cocoa mix
    1/2 packet stevia extract

Tips

This is meant for low-carb diets, but there is a little sugar from the Simply Cocoa. You can use a sugar-free cocoa mix or plain cocoa powder (add more stevia in that case) if you want it more low-carb.

Directions

Boil water and brew espresso. Stir coconut oil into boiled water until it melts to a liquid, then add to hot espresso. Stir in whipping cream, then cocoa mix, then stevia. (The order is important because the Simply Cocoa is meant to be mixed with milk, so you'll want the cream in the espresso before you add it.)

Serving Size: Makes 1 coconut mocha.
